Using a lookup table or Case Statement in Custom Dimensions/Table Calculations

Hello Folks, 

I have the following requirement. I have a query result that is in this format: 

Month Number	Landing Page URL	Transactions	Page Type	Revenue	Conversion Rate
1	/	100	?	$200	5.4%
1	/cart	500	?	$1000	11.5%
1	/blog/how-to-jump	4	?	$50	0.3%
1	/blog/how-to-fly	15	?	$60	0.45%

I want another column / field in there that assigned a certain Page Type based on the Landing Page URL. For example, if the Landing Page URL is / then the Page Type should be set to “Home”, if the Landing Page URL begins with /cart then the Page Type should be set to “Cart”. 

How can I achieve this? 

Any help/guidance would be of great help.
