We would like to evaluate a set of territory data and select a subset for processing in CRM. We’d like to be able to create a report/dashboard of the data, then evaluate it (slice, pivot, filter, sort) to determine which of 30 accounts from a list of 300 we would like to assign to a territory rep. while we have some criteria, some human evaluation is necessary to add a qualitative assessment. we would like to deliver a field (checkbox, etc) as part of the result set the viewer sees.
When the viewer/users checks the box, we would like to make a RESTful API call back to CRM and update a value in the CRM to ‘yes’. Could someone point me to where i can find this content in the looker docs?
