Static Map (Regions) not working with Custom Map_Layer

Hi Everyone,

I recently created a custom map layer that work just fine when using the regular map viz but does not work when using Static Map as shown on the screenshot below. This visual should represent a map of the US with custom sales regions. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
