Schedules failing after new update

Many of my Dashboard schedules have been failing to send since the new update with this error message -

Error: undefined method `encoding' for #<Hash:0x4f8c53d3>

 

I figured it’s happening because I’m using the Use single column layout option in the schedule. Anyone else facing this? Is there a fix?

Our engineering team is currently working on this issue. We estimate we should have a fix toward the end of January (as of 12/28/2020).

Some customers who have reported this behavior were able to resolve it in the mean time by either:
1. Remove all notes from the dashboard tiles
2. Switch to legacy dashboards
3. Use a different schedule format

I can reply to this thread when a patch is released.
