Restricting Report

Hello,

I have a report that is suppose to show sales that for different stores of out company. We nearly have 800 stores and this report is supposed to be send to all the 800 different store email IDs. The challenge for us is to make sure that each report receiver i.e. store should only be able to see information for it’s store from the report. 

Example: the report has information for 800 store from store id 1 to 800.

Task: To make sure that store ID 1 only see information for store 1 and no other store from 2 to 800.

How can I limit the date for this purpose in Looker. I don’t want to create 800 different reports for each store.

I think the only way it would work if all your stores were users in your Looker instance and had a user attribute directly connected to the data access. This way you could use “Run schedule as recipient”

Otherwise there’s no link between your data and recipient’s e-mail address. Looker also doesn’t allow us to feed the recipients’ list with the data
