Question about template and how to refresh data

Hi,

I have a few question regarding looker studio.

1. Is looker studio is suitable to create dashboard using real-time dataset? 
2. Can we create and save our own template? So, whenever we want to use that template, we can just click that template and insert our data.
3. If we use data from excel file, how to refresh the dashboard/chart if there is new data updated in excel file? I have try click refresh data but it only worked if my data is coming from spreadsheet and it is not working if my data is coming from excel file. And one more thing, is there any auto refresh data button?
