Problem Downloading PDFs

Hi,

We are using the functionality of downloading dashboards as PDFs but when there are custom visualizations nothing is plotted. The same problem happens with Collapsible Tree Viz from Marketplace.

Attached there is an example:

• On the left-hand side there should be a customised visualization displayed
• In the centre should be the Collapsible Tree graphic
• On the right, it can be seen a visualization displayed correctly
• Looker native graphics are rendered correctly

Does anyone know what could be the cause and how it could be solved?
