Page Break PDF on Dynamic field in dashboard

I need a way to page break a scheduled report dynamically based on a value in a field.
Example:  I have a filter that produces 5 clients today and 7 clients tomorrow.
I want one scheduled report to page break in a PDF for 7 clients tomorrow.
So the scheduled email will send them 7 documents, not one.
I will have a LOT of these situations coming soon and it will be very manual to create a new scheduled PDF / email for each new client.
