I am very much a newbie but wanting to create an occupancy report from a master rent roll (data source) of rental units. The units are within 11 different properties and held by 2 different parent companies. At any given time we want to see the occupancy overall, by each parent company, then also property. I built a report that shows a chart of total square feet by property and then a separate table of just vacant units by property. Occupancy rate = Total Sq. ft.- Vacant Sq. ft./ total sq. ft. I would also like a property that contains a vacancy to be a different color - that might be more difficult.
Here is my current report. Any help is much appreciated.
