No way of sharing Dashboards after people's folders were made private

After the change of making folders private, there’s no way to share one dashboard with others within the team. 

I didn’t realise that until somebody asked me to share it and I realised there’s no way to do that. Honestly I couldn’t believe that the access would be restricted to folders without ability to share content.

Just to note - giving access to your whole folder, making subfolders in your folder and then giving access, or putting the dashboard in Shared Folders may be workarounds but all of them either involve moving the content somewhere else or exposing parts of your folder.
