Hi, my dashboard doesn’t have a thumbnail. All the other dashboards in Browse have thumbnails. How can I enable the thumbnail?

That is very interesting! Does the dashboard run successfully, or does it error? I wonder if a certain tile that errors would prevent the little faux-screenshot tool from running and creating a thumbnail.
You can usually access the thumbnail image directly at https://your.looker.com/api/internal/vector_thumbnail/dashboard/your_dashboard_id_here. If you fill in the blanks in that URL, does it successfully load the thumbnail, or also blank?
Yes, the dashboard runs successfully.
The thumbnail url gives me a blank gray rectangle.
