Multiple graphic in a single tile

I’m trying to create a tile with multiple elements on a single tile:

I believe the only way to do it at the moment would be to use a Single-Value visualisation with a field that has an HTML parameter and there you would have to code the whole look of this visualisation. I’m trying to find an example but can’t. I will post it here the moment I do
