Multiple Filters - Tile and Dashboards

Hi Everyone!

I’m new to Looker, and am trying to build a dashboard. Within the only two tiles on my dashboard, I am filtering transaction ids by prefixes txn_, ch_, and py_ to identify all transactions from one source. I also want a custom filter for the dashboard so that if someone wants to see the detail for a specific transaction, they can narrow down to the specific transaction. It seems like when I add this custom filter to the dashboard, it overrides the filters I have in the tiles and pulls in other transactions. Is there a way to lock the tiles so that they never show other transaction IDs while allowing the dashboard to be filtered further?
