Move dashboard "Update" button next to the filter-buttons

On a dashboard, the filter appears top left on the screen while the Update button appears top-right. On many screens that’s a long way apart, makes it easy to overlook the Update button, or requires a lot of mousing. Proposed solution: put the update button next to the filter.
