Looks require manual refresh in dashboard

I’ve created a dashboard containing several Looks, but the majority of them don’t load automatically when I pull up the dashboard. Instead I have to “Clear Cache & Refresh”, at which point they work (so the data is actually there). Any ideas as to how I might fix this issue?

Hi, probably you have the “Run On Load” of your dashboard “Off”. You can check it out in Edit > Settings > Run On Load. If this is not the case and you are still experiencing this behaviour, feel free to contact support with more details to help.looker.com

Thanks for the response. I do have the “Run On Load” option selected but am still having the same problem, so I will contact support.

Following up on this issue in case anyone runs into it again! It seems that somehow the metadata for this dashboard got corrupted. We were able to resolve by making a copy of the dashboard, then deleting the original. Please contact support if this isn’t working for you!
