Hi ,
I need to create a look with all the list of available users and their list of available looks and dashboards ,schedules and email recipient . Please let me know how i can achieve this.

You can find all the information about usage on your looker instance by using the i__looker feature. For this particular report, you will want to navigate to: https://YOURINSTANCE.looker.com/explore/i__looker/dashboard
There, you will be able to create an explore in the same way you would any other in Looker!
