Looker Dashboard Meta Data for Report Catalogue

I am wondering if there is a way to create a “Report/Dashboard” catalogue for Looker related dashboards or looks. I know the data catalogue capability exists but this is at a data level and specifically looks at views, models and data sets. 

We would like to create a Report/Dashboard specific catalogue that includes information like Report Name, Report Description, Report Source Data, Report Owner, Report Developer, Business Rules, whether or not the report contains personally identifiable information or not, what the reports status is and what the security classification of the report is?

Are we able to add this type of information to reports and dashboards within Looker? If not, what kind of information of the above are we actually able to get from report metadata to build a report catalogue?

I would be open to hearing from anyone that has managed to build a report/dashboard catalogue for Looker based reports and how you managed to do this?
