Is there a way to dynamically manage notes on looks inside a Dashboard?

Hello Community! I need a hand trying to know the feasibility about the note feature inside Looks Viz on Looker, the thing is this:

I have a KPI inside a Dashboard that will remain in zero (0) until the business area responsible of loading the data in it do it, so when the data is not loaded yet it will show a message “Waiting for Data” but when is loaded this message should be hidden:

Is there a way to dynamically manage this Note Feature? Or there is another way to achieve this inside with Looker? Any idea will be great!
