is it possible to add a filter within a chart which is specific to that chart within a dashboard?

is it possible to add a filter within a chart which is specific to that chart within a dashboard?

filter will not display in global but it is local to the chart. This will remove the confusion of the end user that specific filter is only for this chart only.
