Is is possible to resize the charts?

I have created some looks and added them to a dashboard.  I have looked in the looks and the dashboard editing properties and cannot find if there is an option to resize.  I know i I can change the size of the tile on the dashboard, but I want to shrink the scale of the object, not just reduce the tile size b/c when I reduce the tilesize it doesn’t seem to reduce the object inside and so it looks awful b/c it’s cut off… 

I cannot find anything in the documentation about this?  Help?
