How to make labels with other values in bar chart?

Hello. 

There is an example data below.

I try to make bar chart using performance data with multi label like “{variance}\n{performance}”. There is an example chart image below. (I can make this using excel.)

But, I cannot found a way to make labels like above in Looker.

First, I try to change input format, but I cannot found a way to use other value in format using other value like variables.

Next, I try to put bar chart with “performance” columns and scatter chart with “variable” columns in the same chart. But, It wouldn’t work. “variable” values are just drawn next to “performance” values. Even I try to use secondary axis, It is not looks like what i want to see.

So, How can I make multi label in bar chart like first one in Looker? Please, give me an advise.
