In order to show the chart with the order date “Jan 2018, Feb 2018, …, Dec 2018” on X-axis of the chart , I have hidden column with the value 2018-01, 2018-02, …, 2018-12 along side with the column “Jan 2018, Feb 2018, …, Dec 2018”, it works well, however once clicked the chart for the drill down, both columns are showed as filters at the top of the drill dow, for example: column-1: 2018-01, column-2: Jan 2018", how can I hide the column-1 to keep showing on the drill down.

Hey @agladboy,

The easiest solution here might be to walk it back a little bit and instead of creating another dimension for Jan 2018, Feb 2018, instead keep it as 2018-01 and use the “Time Label Formatting” chart options. There’s a post here that talks about using it How can I change format of the dates on my visualization? to achieve what you’re after.

It’s also possible with Liquid HTML ( Easy date formatting with Liquid ) using the same format so that although the backend values will still be dates and can be sorted as such, the frontend will look pretty 🙂

Hi izzy,

Thank you very much for your information.

Best regards,

Jason
