For context, we have a campaign that sends an email out once a month. On the dashboard I created to analyse this campaign’s performance, there is an “Email Send Date” filter users can set to see performance metrics relating to that specific email’s performance, however I have had to hard set it to the latest date the email was sent out.
Ideally, I would like this date filter to default to the maximum date of the `email_send_date` dimension of type date when the user first loads the dashboard. The user can then change this date to whatever they want if they want to look at a previous email’s performance, but I think it’s a better user experience if they didn’t have to do it initially as most likely they would want to see the current email’s performance.
