How to apply conditional formatting for percentage

Hi Team,

I want to apply conditional formatting for percentage below is the example.

• If I don’t meet target percentage then it should highlight in red.(Does not Meet Target)
• If I Meet Target highlight in some other colour.

Looker does have functionality on conditional formatting but does not apply to percentage.

I am using Visualization table to showcase my data.

Please help me to solve this issue.
