How do I link to a particular Look on a dashboard?

I have a dashboard with many visualizations and texts. I would like to send folks links to particular visualizations or sections of the dashboard. So far I have tried:

• Anchor tags in a text section and link to that. This works when the link to the anchor is also in the dashboard, but not when the link is external to the dashboard. I think this is due to a rendering delay.
• Using chrome’s “Highlighted text” feature introduced in Chrome 90 that will scroll to and highlight a particular chunk of text on a page. This also doesn’t work for what I believe to be similar reasons as above.

Having this ability is useful so that I can craft a story around a dashboard in tools that are good at telling stories, yet be able to link directly to the visualizations I’m referencing.
