Heatmap has holes

I have a grid of coordinates going from lat = [35,55], lon = [-130, -100]; both with 1 degree resolution (grid of 21x31 points).

When I create a heat map using a measure of type “average” this happens:

Does anyone know why those blank lines exist? The measure values in those coordinates are within the bounds (no negative numbers) so I don’t understand why Looker is not plotting them.
