Fixing color of line chart with dynamic data

I have a line chart with 6 lines… The first 3 corresponds to top 3 product by sales on a day and the other corresponds to bottom 3 products by sales on a day. There are 32 products that I have.

So the data is dynamic and the line charts will change everyday corresponding to which product is on top sales that day.

I want to fix the color of the lines, say whichever product is in top 3, their color will always be red, yellow and green forever …

How should we do that
