Filters not working with Funnel

We use Funnel.io to aggregate our data and bring it into Looker Studio for multiple clients. I have filters on each report so ONLY that client’s data shows, but lately it has been reported that clients are seeing data on their dashboards for ALL of our clients. It seems the filters are failing. What’s also weird is that I and my colleagues do not see the issue. Even when Incognito on Chrome, we go to a client’s dashboard and only see the data for that client. However, if the client seeing all of the data clears their browser history, then they only see their data again (as intended).

Any idea what could be going on here? Thanks in advance!
