Filter impact is different at dashboard and in tiles

In my dashboard which contains metrics using multiple explores. It is having two date filters. I have made these filter parameters as liquid parameter. When I apply these filters on single tile it works fine and I get exact number of records that are expected. But In dashboard it works differently and now my number of records are less than expected.

Is it happening because of using multiple explores?
I’m a bit confused here.
