Editing More Inconvenient with Dashboards Next

Hi all,

Loving many of the new features available with dashboards-next, but my biggest complaint is the difference in editing/saving. With old dashboards, if I navigate away from the dashboard page while still editing (accidentally or not),  all my edits will automatically be saved+applied. Not so with dashboards-next, which has caused me on a few occasions to lose decent chunks of work. I would gladly adopt a “save as you go” approach if hitting the save button didn’t also exit me from edit mode every time.

Anyone else found this change to be inconvenient compared to the original dashboard editing mode?

I’ve lost all my dashboard changes multiple times. SO frustrating!! I’d love “save as you go”
