Edit Filter screen should use `group_item_labels

We love the group_item_label feature, but it only works in explores; it doesn’t work in the Edit Filter screen. The Edit Filter screen just uses the label value instead:

Consequently, I have no idea which of these 2 “Country” labels is the one I want to use, whereas their group_item_label values are descriptive enough to specify that to me while still display as “Country” to our users.
