Data sending even though it shouldn't be triggered

I am creating a schedule and have selected this option:

Send this schedule if

there are results

and results changed since last run

However, even if the underlying data is unchanged it still keeps sending. What can I check here?

I think this is a known bug (which has been going on for a while)….at least for slack notifications it was not sure about email.
