Consider, a view has been built and has been scheduled for a one time refresh everyday at 6 am. Also, consider a look A1 (10 Dimensions and 10 Measures) is built on this view and a look A2 (2 Dimensions and a Measure - Kind of aggregated look on A1) is built on A1. When I edit and run the look A2 later for example at 10 am, the looker fetches data from the cached View or from A1.

I’m not sure I understand the question here, Sam. That sounds like the workflow that would happen by default, is it not happening this way?
I’m also a bit confused about what you mean by look A2 being “built on A1”— Do you mean it’s built on the same view?
