Creating Churn modelling for saas business

Hi People,

I am new to looker and exploring on it for creating a churn model for my SaaS business (fitness industry). I am looking for creating a dashboard with a forward looking approach and want to create a trend which shows which customers are most likely to churn, which would remain loyal for the long run and so much on these lines. Taking past one year or 2 year data and then make a prediction of forward 1-2 years for the same.It would be great help if anyone of you great minds can help me on knowing how to start with this. It would great help to me.
