Create buckets to pivot by

Hello! I have data regarding scores in four different tests (A,B,C,D) & I would like to be able to track the distributions of these scores (scale 0-100) per test. 

I know that creating bins per test scores is an option, but is there a way I can create a custom bin table or bin dimension and use it for all tests like shown in the print screen below (image taken from looker and customized to meet this project’s requirements) ? 

(Basically create the bins below [0,20),…,[80,100] to use for all test scores)
