count measure displaying negative values based on a clause

I’m trying to create this kind of visualisation, which counts the amount of scores by category, for every performance area (PA).

With some sample data I’m currently trying to recreate this for our prototype dashboard, but I’m struggling with the negative counts.

Is there a possibility to set the ‘count’ measure to negative, based on a score (A - E), in this case the values in the pivot column?
