Conditional Colors for points on a map

 Looker documentation says  "you can set the color of map points or define the range of colors to be used if you are color coding according to a measure."

How can I color the points on a map based on a dimension? For example suppose I have a dimension called “places”. Inside that dimension there are 3 types of places: cafe, libraries, and schools.

How can I plot the points so that the cafes are blue, libraries are green, and schools are orange?
