I am using a quarter timeframe with a dimension group. The formatting in my explore is ‘2017-Q2’. When I use this dimension in an area chart though, the time formatting on the x axis does not match. Is there a valid time format for quarters? I would like to display the same thing I see in the explore.

To match what you see in the explore, you can change the x axis type to ordinal. Give that a try and let me know if that’s what you want!
