In our most common dashboards, we want different users to see different visualizations. In order to do this now (based on the feature set from 3.8), we use external tooling: a script which identifies which combinations of charts make up legitimate dashboards, and then generates the filtered dashboards. We would prefer to actually just filter them from a comprehensive dashboard. Is there anything in the more recent versions that support this?

Hey Rick - It isn’t currently possible to change what actually elements appear in a dashboard based on who is viewing it, but would also be pretty cool. I’ll let product know!
