alerts not refreshing

Hello

We have an alert set up in a dashboard, one tile with a count and the other with the rows.

The tile with the count has an alert where we ask to only be sent if greater than 0.

Everything works ok but after a few days it gets stuck in an old alert, like if it doesn’t refresh.  Only if we delete and create the alert again it gets fixed. 

This happens with a few dashboards so we are not sure if we are doing something wrong?
