Adding value to x-axis label

Hello! I am trying to figure out if there is a way to include a value in the x-axis of a column chart. Specifically, the image below is a funnel by month, under the year-month label I would like to include  (n= XXX) where n is a measure that varies by month and is the denominator for that month to make the %s.
