Adding negative stacked bars that don't cancel out

Hi all, 

I was wondering if anyone here has made a column chart like this, where a negative measure (churned customers, wasted product, etc.) shows as a negative bar starting at 0 instead of just subtracting from positive columns? Thanks, and let me know if I can clarify anything there.

Hi brandon,

In my setup, I have two stacked measures: one measure for my positive numbers (Inputs) and one measure for my negative numbers (Outputs).

This is what it looks like in the Visualization:

Ah, that’s perfect, thank you! I’m not sure exactly what the issue was before where it was just subtracting the negative measure from the positive column. This is great. 

On your question about getting lines onto the stacked graph, I set two of the fields to lines this way, then dragged them over to their own (right) axis:
