Access and filter a dashboard using a button in an external software as hubspot.

I need your help to know if it is possible to access and filter a dashboard using a button in an external software as hubspot.
The usecase is to let the client solution team to access a dashboard which contains infomation from external sources (information not available in the hubspot database) and with the same button the idea is to filter the data by an identification that they would send through the button.
Can you please advice me on how is the best way to approach this use case? have you had any usecase like this in the past?
